I lived in Foxfire apt a terrible 4yrs with my ex-boyfriend. I worked in town and he went to UMUC. I didn't feel comfortable being by myself at night. I aways hear shooting close to the shopping center. I didn't like the area or the apt. There were a lot of break in and high jacks outside neighbors would climb balconies. The inside neighbors were mean and demanding. All because our dishwasher made noise. They called management. They told us to get our dishes washed before 5pm. So we wouldn't disturb our downstairs neighbors. we lived in 2 places in the complex close to the main road. I think the maintance and the staff were very unprofessional with their duties and I highly do not recommend living thereif you can help it. Of course my ex-boyfriend is currently living there. I moved out. Foxfire and him seem to have the same quality. Cheap and trashy.

Wow...things must have really changed. I lived there for 5 years way back in 1979-1984. I lived at 8711 Contee ROad apt. 404!! Top floor ..had a nice view of contee road and traffic...kept in great shape climbing up at least 40 steps daily .Management was great....back then rent was perhaps $235 a month. Sorry to hear that things have gone downhill. Do they still have the happy face sign saying Have a nice day???? |
