I have been living in the community for 2 years. I have recently upgraded to a 3bdrm from a 2bdrm. Upgraded apartments are very nice for those who aim to keep the budget in mind. Management team is very well informed of the property and are very seasoned in their careers. If every I had a problem with anything, Heather and Maureen are always most willing and gracious to assist with taking care of the needs of myself and my family, without question, without hesitation.
For those who complain of noisy neighbors, please keep in mind that we do live in an apartment community and we are not homeowners. We can only expect our management team to be able to accomplish but so much. We can put nothing past our neighbors to include them disrespecting our rights as fellow tenants.
For those who complain of maintenance issues, think about when the property was built. We can expect for minor maintanance issues to come up and must be willing to allow our maintenace staff time and latitude to fix the problems according to the scope needed.
Until we are homeowners, we can only complain about so much... Even then, we will continue to have problems with maintenance, neighbors, etc. Trust me, I am a previous homeowner.
Respectfully signing off... -Me

I agree with you..I have been living in FF for a year and the staff has always been helpful. Maureen has listened and acted on my loud neighbors. I even moved to another apartment because my neighbors were loud..I just moved instead of continuing to complain, but even then they made my transition smooth. Maintenance has always acted on my calls and never have I had to call to remind them to fix things. I hate the walls are thin and the floors squeek, but I can not expect it to be perfect. Overall, I am satified.
