On three seperate occasions I have had several arguments, incidents, run in's with the same leasing consultant "K" at this property. I have found her to be extremly rude and obnoxious. The last and final incident happened today. When I entered the office she was on her cell phone and acted as if the questions I asked her were not of her concern. The irony is that I was actually enquiring about the process for ending my lease. She brushed me aside as if I was asking her a dumb question...after speaking to the property manager who saw nothing wrong with the situation, "K"went on to yell at me back in forth and continued to interrupt my conversation with the property manager.The sorry property manager claims that she was "defending" herself. If"K" had any type of professionalism she would have realized that yelling or "defending" herself made her look totally guilty of poor customer service.
I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. Despite the "upgraded" stainless steel kitchen you are paying way too much for what you get. My apartment has been infested with silver fish since the first day of moving and ofcourse management saw this as a small issue. The water is constantly being turned off every week for work being done which is a major inconvenience. Also my pot head, supposed to be in college, neighbors have also committed two fires in the building one of which they were either too high to hear the fire fighters banging on their door or they are just that stupid...either way FoxFire is the WORST...RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX...YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER!!!!
