In March, a new guy named Demetrius Moved in. First, Demtrius, complained about my wife and I making too much noise (Me doing dishes at 4:00PM on a Saturday was too much for him). Then he compalied to my wife that her nephews were making too much noise aroun 10:00Am on a Monday morning. Immediatly after complaing to my wife about her nephews, Demetrius Complains to the Rental office (that same Monday).

Maureen Rohm (manager of Foxfire, without talking to my wife and I; writes a letter to us, how we will be kicked out if we don't quiet down. This is our FIRST Complaint by ANYONE in the 5.5 years we lived there. We talk to the rental office, and admit we have one of the oldest units, so the floors make noise. We find out that Demtrius even told her untrue information about us making noise, such as our nephews running around at 4:00AM, which is not true, because they never sleep over.

Anywas, in April, while packing for a weeked trip, we must have made too much noise, because Demtrius threw a Ball at my wife's car, and busted her windshield. We know it was hime, because were the car parked, and the angle that the ball hit my wife's car limited to three apartments, Our apartment, Dentrius's, or our Friends (who now moved out). So obviously it was Demtrius (Police who did the rpeort agrees)who busted my wife's windshield, and Maureen at the Rental office didn't do anything, and since the police couldn't prove it was Demtrius. Nothing happened to this Male (not a Man) who complains about our noise to the rnetal office, but never asks us perosnally to quiet down.

Well, SEVEN (7) weeks later, my car's windsheild is busted with a Bat in two spots. The only two winshield busted at Foxfire ina Seven (7) week period are my wife's and mine. This time, the broken windshield occurred on a night in which my wife and I were unpacking from a weekend trip; so it appeared Mr. Demtrius didn't like our noise. However, Again, Demtrius never did walk upstaris once to ake us to quiet down. Same as Seven weeks earlier, Maureen Rohm of the Rental Office did nothing.

In July, we get another complaint about us making noise. Ironically, our neighbor next to us tells her family who just arrived from Nigeria on the same night we get the letter from the Rental Office, how nice of neighbors we are. To add to the noise, since May, Demtrius (who lives below us), constantly plays his music loud after 12:00AM (YES, that's after MIDNIGHT). We've even tried to knock on his door politely to ask him to tourn it down, but he never answers the door (So Childish Demtirus is, and a Huge Hypocrite). My wife and I even NEVER complained to the Rental Office about Demtrius's loud music at 12:00AM, as we've learned to live with our neighbors.

On August 12th, we get aletter, saying they are kicking us out, and we MUST VACATE OUR APARTMENT by SEPTEMBER 30th. However, the give us NO REASON WHY. Obviously, Maureen Rohm must have a thing for Demtrius.

So, after being loyal Renters for six years (since Spetember 21'st, 2002), who NEVER were LATE or MISSED a Rental Payment, FOXFIRE APARTMENTS decides to KICK us out because of some guy complain about the noise in the aprtment.

SO in the eyes of Foxfire Aprtments, it's okay to break someone's windshield TWICE; but it is not okay to walk in your own apartment when your neighbor, who listens to his music loudly, is home.

So first off, I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT MOVING TO FOXFIRE APARTMENTS.
Secondly, I live in 8773 UNIT 403, SO DON"T move into that unit, since Demtrius lives below it. Lastly, the Rental office treats you rudely, and crie has risen in my time living there.
