I am currently a resident and I personally would NOT recommend this apartment community to any friend of mine. The reason for this attitude is simple. Though the apartments are spacious and open, they are very poorly maintained. The work done in the apartments is of a terribly poor quality and most times when maintenance is called to repair something they pitter patter around doing any real repairs and nothing is ever really repaired. But they've been great about changing the large light bulbs in the bathrooms.

My windows are drafty and when we had a hard rain storm, ALL of my windows leaked. When I complained a contractor was dispatched who simply painted the wall around the window where you could see the water damage but no repairs were ever made and me and my children had to deal with drafty windows for the entire winter.

My hot water in the children's bathroom drips constantly, which was one of my initial complaints when I moved in, but this was never fixed properly so I fixed it myself just to be sure that my children did not suffer any burns from the hot water.

I could go on and on but I won't. But I again, would not recommend anyone looking for a really nice place for the money to embark upon a living arrangement at this complex. It is simply not worth the hefty rental payment.
