Nice quiet place... Tough Parking

I just moved to Laurel Park this month and so far my only complaints are with maintenance and parking.

While moving in, I realized there were at least 3 fairly important things that needed to be fixed in the apartment.

I was notified that they would be fixed within the day.

It has yet to happen.

But, I let that slide.

Then it came time to find my one assigned parking space.

Why do we get 2 parking passes and 1 space''' Doesn't make sense to me.

I've had someone park in my assigned space everyday for the past 3 days.

The only alternative is to have them towed, but the apartment complex is in between towing companies...

Which leaves me to fend for myself.

There are only about 10 visitor parking spots, so all parking is first come first serve.

The complex is neat.

Its extremely quiet.

And everyone seems to be nice enough (except when you park in their space).

The buildings are fairly old and they claim to be replacing a lot of the fixtures...

I don't know where they're getting these fixtures from, but they seem just as old and rundown as the ones that were in there.

There's a slight spider problem, but other than all that.

Its not that bad...

I would recommend it to someone just starting out.
