I lived there from 2005 to april 2007.It seemed quiet then i start seeing baby roaches then momma and daddy roaches.
They exterminated and they left and went some where else...Someone elses apt...Then they are to cheap to get a garbage dumpster so they use garbage cans and garbage is stacked up high like a garbage field....Then Mr.and Mrs.Willard move in and they ate from the garbage tree, dug a hole under ground around the garbage area and if you go outside between 12am and on ,it looks like Mr.and Mrs.
Willard had babies and a family reunion throughout the hole parking lot .They would run across your feet like they were puppies.Then they took over the apartment complex's and chewed..and chewed through the ceilings the bed rooms everywhere it was so freaking irritating.When u called maintanance yes they would come and say...oh..it's squirrels in the attic.We set traps .......OK but a squirrel is not going to chew all Damn nite like that!UP the rent 16 dollars every year to me its like living in the projects except in P.A no rats and cheaper rent and more to offer.U have to be on the lease to have a parking permit.Noise is on occasion .
