After living here for one week, here are some of the things that I have observed.

1. When applying for my apartment, it took the company a week and a half to actually process my application because they were constantly low staffed.

2. Once approved, the phone would constantly go str8t to voicemail and the machine would state that they were closed.

3. After finally coming in to sign for my lease, they went over some clauses, however no one could answer my questions fully, becuase they were all NEW (every two weeks for the last month!!)

4. After moving in during the snow, I noticed that my heat was not moving pass 70 degrees. I called the main office, which was closed during business hours, i called the maintenance number since it was an emergency, however, that line was busy. I finally walked over the leasing office, and they said maintenance would get in at 3 (it was now 12pm). So by 3pm, they checked it around 4 and stated that the heat was fine, my limit of heat was set to 74 degrees and would go no higher. The new leasing manager stated that everyone's heat goes this high and it is gas efficient since they pay the gas... The tell me to write a letter about it, however nothing has happened since this letter.

5. Finally, I have a nice spacious 2bedroom in the same building as the leasing office with a special low price which is for the first year. Parking has been fine and I have not really heard any other people, however, it is still winter.

Overall, I am in between with deciding if I am very happy here, however, you can not beat the price/space and location compared to other places.
