I've been a resident now for almost a year. The turnover in the Leasing and Business Office is in need a new improvements. The maintanance department conducts ---- for work. They half complete jobs. When providing notice about entering your unit they wait until 1 hour before closing to give all theses strict guidelines. A prime example was yesterday for today regarding the heat and a/c unit preventative maint. (i.e. cleaning filters repairs, etc.). They never came show up on the scheduled day if so its a rush job. Poor lighting around the apartment complex. The noise with other tenants is crazy very inconsiderate to others. I've seen so many Property Managers come and go in the year I've been a resident. Not to mention the leasing staff, business office, maintanance, and so called assistants to the Property Managers. For the amount of money we as residents spend this is not worth the money we put out. I would not recommend no one to live here. I'm tempted to contact the Department of Health and Human Services to come and take a look at how we as tenants are treated for the price we have to pay. We all need to find a home to own and stop making theses leasing companies rich.
