I'm sorry I didn't take the time to read the reviews before I attempted to rent an apartment from these people. I came in to get an application and they were very professional but a tad on the ghetto side...you could just see it seeping out of them. While I was there and she was going over the pricing and floorplans with me and the property manager and a resident was about to come to blows in the middle of the office. Apparently the property was responsible for damaging the residents furniture and they flat out told her that they would move her to another apartment, but she would be responsible for getting new furniture. OK, I no...that was strike one, but I still got my information together and came back to lease an apartment.
When I got there the woman asked for my paystubs to see if I would income qualify for the property. The ignorance level of the whole situation astounded me. It was obvious this woman did not graduate and she must have taken a nap throughout the kindergarten and 8 grade because my 5 year out daughter could have made the calculations better. Then she tried to tell me the I did not work full-time because the paystubs I showed her stated I'd taken 3 vacation days.
I politely asked for my information back and thanked God I was enlighted before making a huge mistake. They honestly don't have a clue. I guess you really do get what you pay for.
