I am half way through my second year here and there's no way in hell I'd sign another renewal. The firest year was o.k. Parking is terrible and the walls are paper thin, but I expect stuff like that when renting apartments.

HOWEVER, the rental office and managemet could not be any worse. False suits have been filed against me TWO times. My lease says I owe one thing for rent but somehow in there systems it's a totally differnt amount. I have been trying to get this fixed for months and it's still not. Management doesn't return phone calls, and from my experience the property manager is a monster!!!

Just don't bother. The apartments are nice but seriously, it's not worth it.
