Maintenance takes forever to come. My unit had no heat until Mid december. We have had birds in the utility closet for about 3 months. Maintenance "fixed" the problem by stuffing a brick into the hole in the wall. The brick fell out and the birds are still there. On multiple occasions our rent was placed under the wrong unit and we receive notices for not paying. We even got threatened with court.
