I recently applied for an apartment here in DEC and let me tell you it was the worst experience ever trying to rent a place. For one, I was never called and notified that I was approved for the apartment I had to end up calling them a week later to see what the deal was. Secondly upon inspection of the apartment I found that the apartment was a complete DUMP!!! When I walked in it, it was dirty and there were roaches(dead) in some of the cabinets. So after inspection of the apartment I kept being delivered promises that it would be ready a week later but nothing ever was done. I should have gotten the clue when I walked in the rental office and it looked like trash but I was in a rush and wanted something fast but nevertheless I ended up loosing all the money I spent in application fees and gas going over there. BUYER BEWARE!!!
