I moved to Laurel Square the summer of 2005,this was a Thursday.When I went to do the walk thru of the apartment, the neighbor and her huge dog were in my house with the air on because there's was broken. That Saturday my car was broken into and when I complained to management he said "O, you have a Honda, that's the fifth one this week." When you sign the lease for the apartment they give you a slip to fill out for BGE because they are responsible for setting it up. ( Or at least thats what they told me.) After about a month or so of living there and NOT receiving a bill I went back to the leasing office to see what the deal was, they said "oh, you're still a NEW tenant, you should be getting a bill soon. Exactly one week later I came home, NO ELECTRICITY. BGE said they never received my slip that I filled out in the office and they turned off my power. I had to find somewhere for me and my 3 year old to stay for 3days until they could come and turn it back on. There were water bugs and roaches so bad I had to have the exterminator come weekly. It was TERRIBLE, trust me, you'll be better off finding somewhere else to live.
