I moved into laurel square in May 07. The people in the office seemed nice, and the price was affordable to me. I like it here because not only am I comfortable, but I have no roach/mice problems like many apartments in hyattsville where I came from. Everything in my apartment was new except for the washer/dryer machines, but they work fine. The only issue I had was no one was clear about switching the BGE bill to my name, which I was under the impression, they would handle it. But my electricity was never cut off, and all I had to do was make one phone call. This is a good place to start out, and the management seems to be doing their best to improve the whole complex.
