The apartment itself is nice, spacious and well designed but the management company is awful! We have repair issues since day one that have not been corrected, even with several work orders in until finally I just gave up.

Our bathroom was leaking into the apartment below, and they did a quick patch up job but the wood is all wet and rotten now, it's only a matter of time before our bathtub ends up in the apartment below us- hope it's after we move!

The management company continues to send us letter after nasty letter that are meant for other apartments and never apologize or correct anything.

The office staff is clueless and unhelpful, generally rude every time we try to get anything done or any information.

I hate living at Laurel Square and cannot wait to move.
