This is the worst place to live. This shows how bad the maintance problem is and the manegment problem. A tree fell from last nights storm and nobody came to clean the tree up. So I get home from work and it is a resident cutting the tree up. This is so sad and terrible.

I live right where that tree fell down too. I was actually sitting on my balcony when it fell. I didn't know that that was a resident that was cutting the tree yesterday. That is completely ridiculous!!!!

I lived there and got the hell out. I was able to break lease early because of the problems I was having there. My suggestion is to form a tenant organization. Contact ACORN.

one thing i can say about all these responses, you can't satisfy everyone. I live here and so far BOZUTTO MGMT HAS BEEN ON THE ONE. MAYBE YOU GUYS SHOULD START PUTTING UR TRSH IN THE TRASHCAN AND NOT OUTSIDE ON THE GROUND AROUND THE TRASH CANS. LET'S GET TOGETHER AND MAKE THIS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

The person that posted the Positive comment on 01/29/09 about Laurel Square Apartments must be a relative of management or an employee of Bozutto Mgmt trying to make the apartments sound good lol you seem to be the only one that has no complaints out of the several tenants that live here. I bet you changed your mind when you came home today and your water was still shut off. Management promise to have the water back on by 4:00pm but it was not. You could not take a shower or use your toilet until 7:15 pm when the water was cut back on. Every month they shut off the water to fix these old pipes and we the tenants suffer. Today is a prime example. You leave your home this morning with no running water and come home after 5:00pm and still no water and your happy... This is just one of the issue here not to mention all of the rest lol Yes, you must be an employee or a relative
