I moved into Laurel Square last October, and since then have regretted my decision. The apartments are spacious and offer decent features, but that's about it. Overall, I have been very unsatisfied with the apartments and the service. First of all, I am dealing with bugs crawling up in every space of my apartment and nothing seems to stop them. I am a very tidy person and make sure that my apartment is spotless. Then you have to deal with some really quality people as your neighbors. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything that happens between them. There is graffiti all over the building, broken railing, and the front door breaks continually. Bozzuto claims to have a "24-hour Service Guarantee", which means that all you problems will be fixed within that 24 hour period. Since I have moved, I've called in various items and not a single problem has been fixed. Parking is insufficient, to say the least. If you come home after 5:00 pm, all the spaces are gone. Furthermore, I just received my renewal notice. To my astonishment, my rent is being increased by about 10%. I just keep telling myself I need to get through my final two months. Do yourself a favor: do not move here.
