Where do I start! Anytime I have a problem, ie, washer not working, it takes at least 2 phone calls before there is a response. I'm told very nicely on the phone that someone will be there today, only to find out I've been lied to. It is very fustrating when you expect something to be fixed to find out that you have to make several phone calls to get something done. When we moved in a couple of years ago we were told that we were getting a new washer/dryer when they arrive. Two years later, it has never happened. Teenagers hang out in the hallway smoking. The coin operated washer in the basement has not worked properly for the last 2 years. It does no good to complain. When it snows or it is icy it is very dangerous to walk outside. Nothing is done!

I had to resign my lease too and have had the same issues! It took 2 months for them to fix the leak in my tub that caused my tiles to loosen off the walls. My blinds fall out regularly and they still have not reglazed my tub. I've been asking since April 08!!! I love the layout of the apartment, but that is it.

Right! And I am charge 60 dollars a month for water on top of my rent, and there is no way I use that much water. My water is shut off about 1 day a month for repairs. People have moved out and in, now I seeing roaches.
