I moved in toward the begining of this year; and am having to move in June due to relocation with work. I have read some of these reviews and don't think they are all true. I will say from time to time appliances break; though the maintence staff always arrives within 24hrs of my call. the apt is very spacious and nice. I do however live in the leasing building so it maybe better kept than some of the other buildings. I do believe this community is nice; ( haven't seen any issues yet except the normal kids being loud and running in the parking lot ) though that occurrs every where. I walk my dog in the evening and everyone is usually quite and if folks are outside they speak . I would recommend this complex; as I lived in Laurel from 03-07 prior and lived in another complex not run by Bozzuto and it was a nightmare.
