I have been living in this apartment for about 1 year and have not had any problems. It's very quiet neighbourhood, beautiful lake in walking distance and have not heard of any break-ins or any other criminal activities.

Rental office staff are very friendly, especially property manager Tess is very responsive to your needs.

Maintenance response time is 48 hours as per the rental agreement, but usually you will get prompt response on normal working days. I had to call two times so far and every time they fixed the problem within 24 hours.

I would strongly recommend this aparment to any one. The apartment buildings are very nice from outside. I wish they look the same way from inside also. Tha's the only thing that I don't like much about these aparmtnes is that the appliances are a little bit old including the carpet. I am not sure if it's only in some apartments or in all of them.

How long have you lived there? How is the complex in terms of safety and quiet? Do people loiter around the stairs and entryways often? What about the sound-insulation between apartments?
