Very noisy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   Noise is a serious problem here. If you live anywhere near the park, be prepared to never sleep once it becomes warm outside. Cars park there and boom their music all night. Not to mention the extremely loud concerts from the park every weekend in the summer. Also, we got a good rental rate for the first year, but they hiked the prices significantly after a year. This is why we are moving. However, this place does have a lot of pluses. The maintenance staff is prompt, and the office staff is very nice. It is definitely better than most apartment complexes in the area. I feel safe here, but I still wouldn't go walking around at night.
