Can't wait until my lease is up

I have lived here for over 3 years and for the first 2 years, this complex was great. HOWEVER, since I renewed my lease this last time, things have quickly gone downhill. First, while the maintenance staff is quick to respond to your complaint they NEVER finish a job. Twice now I have had a large hole in my wall/ceiling for a minimum of 3 months waiting for them to come and finish the repair following a leak. Despite going to the leasing office to make appointments for these repairs, they never happen.
Second, the crime in the area has exploded. In the last month alone we have had about 10 break-ins in the complex. The leasing office has taken it upon themselves to label these as "isolated incidents" however the local police have stated otherwise. Consequently, the leasing office has failed to notify residents of the crimes.
Third, the quality of residents has gone way down as well. I feel like the majority of apartments have become section 8 housing even though we don't have that here. There is loud, obnoxious rap music at all hours of the day and night, a LOT of drug activity (dealing in the parking lot and the stench of pot in the hallways), graffiti, people driving motorcycles into their apartments, street racing in the parking lot, etc. The management staff has done nothing to alleviate the problem.
Fourth, the "fabulous" gym you are promised access to when you sign a lease is not so accessible. Because a resident broke into the vending machine residents no longer have a key and must go to the rental office to borrow a key. However, the rental office is rarely open during the posted hours. Oh, and most of the equipment in the gym doesn't work anyways.
Finally, the rent has increased astronomically. Considering the quality of the complex has deteriorated, they should be decreasing the rent not increasing it. For what we're paying you could get a nice apartment in DC or Bethesda not PG county Laurel.

Wow! I didn't know about the gym.
Secrets are a standing commodity with Marymont. I have lived at Marymont for three years and this will be my last year, I just can???t take it anymore. Now I understand why there has been a great deal of residents moving out and that speaks volumes. The residents that are being approved to rent here have the rudeness of blasting rap music early in the morning and late at night. Vehicles parked without being moved for extended periods of time people hanging out in the parking lot leads me to believe drug deals are going down. Time to move to a more respectable area where people comprehend the meaning of common courtesy, no drugs and respect for neighbors. I do believe Marymont may be renting some apartments as section eight apartments due to some of the people that have been moving in.
