Marymont has changed from renting to respectable people to bad people and the bad people have made the apartment community undesirable place to live. The maintenace men are really a joke but I have received a call or not to let me know they will be entering my apartment. But their skills and customer service is lacking greatly. There needs to be serious changes from the inside to the outside to make this community good again and that starts by keeping the undesirables out.

You have lived at this apartment for 10 years and you are writing nothing has changed? I find that hard to beleive. I have lived here for two years and there is a big difference. There is crime and a lack of response to the crime or to the issues of the ever so late of reparing problems in apartments.

Tess is no longer the proerty manager and the rental guy takes two hour lunches and the rental woman tries to help but there is so much she can do. People leave their trash in front of their door, play loud music, throw loud parties at two in the morning, and lets not mention parking. Try walking to your apartment with an infant in bags of grocery because you have six cars parked in front of your building that don't move. Or people that park here and don't live here. Just waiting for the lease to run out (march) and we are moving!!!!!!!
