We have lived at Marymont for a short time but in that short time, we realized that we made a mistake in moving in. There is crime, and management in my opinion is covering-up the issue, I no longer feel safe if my husband is not home at night or even in the day for that matter with our child. We think it is people that live in the apartment community that is breaking and entering, and that has more to do with the people management is approving to be residents. The funny thing is there are law enforcement officers that stay in this apartment community but don t render any help to this situation of crime. There is a big problem with noise (music) and parking, and the so called maintenance people are just masquerading as maintenance people. It takes them for ever to fix a problem and their attitudes are lacking in customer service and professionalism. Our lease expires in August and we will not be renewing, Marymont is sinking into being labeled a bad apartment community where crime is rampant and noise is constant and parking is for those than the residents.
