There are numerous problems looming and developing at this rental community. Crime is an issue at Mary Mont, and shamefully management refuses to even discuss it. Because truly it would cause a cease in rental of apartments, I have lived at Mary Mont long enough to know it has changed by leaps to the negative. I have complained about noise from my neighbor the barking dogs including the 25 pound limit that is not being followed. My neighbor has a German Shepard and it is pass 25 pounds and barks every time you pass their front door. People that have dogs don t pick-up behind them even when their dogs poop on the sidewalk. Pedro is lazy and never writes anything down, I waited three months for a repair because Pedro forgot but then again the two men they have doing repairs are a joke, I sometimes think that I am living in the worse area of DC by the lack of attention to repairs and the crime. I would advise anyone not to make Mary Mont your home. The rent is high for what you have to deal with and it is not worth it. Unless you like crime, constant noise from neighbors and having to walk to your apartment because you can never find a spot in front of your apartment. Parking is just horrible for the rent there should be assigned parking but the management refuses to address the problem as the other problems are left unattended to. Outta this awful place in two months .yeah!!!!

February 2007 was our moving date out of marymont. We were sorry to moved because the location was just right for our jobs but the community changed greatly. Parking is horrible, noise seems to be constant and some just refuse to put their trash in the dumpster but dump it outside the dumpster. Applainces and cabinets are very old and not worth out hard-earned money anymore. Dog crap is all over the grounds because dog-owners don't pick up after their dogs. Looking for a nice place, marymont is not it, truly not it!
