I lived at Marymont and within the first four months of my lease the environment changed to good to bad. Honestly I found the maintenance personnel rather rude and unprofessional not customer oriented at all. Crime became a problem to the point, I heard the rental office was broken into and that information came from a leasing agent at Marymont. It seemed as though they were more intrested in renting as many apartments and keeping them occupied instead of considering the quality instead of the quanity.
I think property manager seems to changed as well and parking was a nightmare and there needs to be and must me assigned parking with decals. People having sex in their vehcile right under my window. I moved as soon as my lease was up there are much better places to rent than Marymont and the noise is a factor loud music and parties.
Water bill is a complete rip-off it is divided among the residents in eact section of apartments so if you neighbor has a washer you are paying their bill even though you may use less water. Cabinets and applanices are old and need to be replaced.

I completely agree with this review. With this new wave of management and maintenance personel, it has become painful to interact with them.
