Please, whatever you do, do not even consider living in this apartment complex. They have extremely rude office managers that do not care about anything but getting apartments rented.

I had a leak in my ceiling over the Christmas holiday, and it took them three weeks to fix it! For one week I had a huge hole in my ceiling and then they stuck some dry wall up and didn't return the hole to its original state. When asking the office several times to correct the problem, they acted like I was bothering them and told me that their priority was getting apartments rented, that I would have to wait. In addition, I had a refrigerator that didn't work until one day it just went out. I lost all of the food in my refrigerator. Two weeks before I am moving out, they replaced it with a new refrigerator. Once they had some visitors come here and destroy several cars, crashing into them and throwing them up onto the lawn! There are residents who play music loudly into the night...I had to call the cops on them twice!

It's a great location, but thats it. Take some time and keep looking. If you move here, you will regret it!

You are so right! Last year my frig was out for 2 months before maintenance finally replaces it with one that didn't fit properly into the space allowed. That's just one of the many problems with the complex: old appliances (at least 20 years old), old kitchens, bathrooms, old hot water heaters, old heating & ac unit (leaking carbon monoxide), the list goes on and on.

I can testify to what he is saying I was one of the residents whose car was hit and management did nothing but insist you pay your rent ontime regardless of your situation! Management has changed hands at least 4 times since I been here with each time creating and making up new fees! The evict people illegally and have their belongs thrown all over the streets as if they are common trash. Current management could careless about your situation especially in this economoy! Horrible do not go!
