Don't do it! Management changed hands here at least 4 times, you ask them a question and its a scrip or its this dumbfounded look! Maintainance makes you feel like you shouldn't "live" and can be very disrespectful, they roll their eyes at you because their equipment is old and broke down. One of the maitanence guys had the nerve to comment to me "You tub drain has hair in it." Why dont you have a drain filter likt the rest of the apartments' Could it be I NEVER HAD ONE, and I dont live in the rest of the apartments' The average rent here is $1,400 but the applicances are at least 10 years plus old. The put burber carbet on the floor and it hurts your feet. No bugs or roaches.. but tenants let their pets poop in the lawn and they let their pets run amuck with no leash. They come up with fees that are never told about on the lease just to bring more revenue to the complex. Since new management took hands at least three people have moved out in the building.
