I have read all the bad reviews and do not agree with the majority of them. I personally have not had any problems with break ins and have left my door unlocked many times. I have had no problems the few times I have needed maintenance. Maybe it is because I let them come in when I am not home. There mostly work like business hours so you either have to stay home or let them come in. They do have permit parking in the back now (by the lake) and will tow anyone who does not have a permit parking sticker. I just renewed my lease for another year.
