I would say no

If the apartments were even half as nice as the model was, then maybe. But they arent even close.
Our floors are crooked, none of our doors actually close, we have a nice leak over our patio door, there is no fan in the bathroom (meaning we have to clean mold every week), and best of all, the heard of elephants that live above should fall through to our apartment any second.
This last issue has been brought up by previous residents here, neighbors above literally do sound like they are playing football every minute of the day.
The washers and dryers are problematic, and there is absolutely no isulation in the walls. You hear everything and feel every breeze outside.
Save your money.
