To sum it up quickly, Murifield at Montpelier gives great "lip service;" that is, after you finally get someone to speak with you. The office rarely picks up the phone and no-one ever returns messages. If you enter the office and get someone "who can help you" they nod, say what you want to hear, and then do not follow through on what they say they will. I have outstanding issues related to my apartment from 1-year ago. They keep a smile on their faces and say spectacular things....but then do nothing....LIP SERVICE. So, currently, maintenance could spend weeks within my apartment fixing/repairing appliances, fixtures, etc. that should have never broken in the first place. We will be moving as soon as our lease is up - definately do not recommend living here.
