Is it worth it'

I moved to MD from another state and didn't know the area well. I only signed up because they were offering 2 months rent free. I guess nothing is free after all. If I had to do it all over again- I would not live here. The walls are so thin, that I can hear when my neighbor puts down the toilet seat!! Even babies crawling sound like elephants; so you can imagine what a person weighing over 100lbs sounds like. The bathroom does not have an outlet. I wonder how they expect people to dry their hair or shave. There is no fan in the bathroom, so you have to leave the door open after taking a shower to air it out. I am not sure exactly what is wrong with the wood flooring- it is either old, soft or just plain rotten. There is only 1 jack in a two bedroom apartment. How is that'' They do not plow the parking lot in the winter. As far as crime, I have been blessed not to experience that. The laundry set up is very poor. Only one washer and one dryer for a building. The new management is trying to pick up where the last one left off. But they would have to practically demolish and rebuild if they ever want it to be satisfactory. So to answer the question- I do not think it is worth it.
