Let's see...we have a weird ridge running through the middle of our kitchen floor and through our hallway. The closet doors break every other day (if you can even fix them after they break the first time). Maintenance -never- shows up. Our bathtub broke one night at about 1 AM so that the water couldn't be turned off. Maintenance didn't show up until about 2 PM the next day (and we called right after it happened.) Our deadbolt broke...they didn't show up for at least a day and even then didn't even replace it with a new lock. We got an old used one that you can feel not working properly. We've been lucky to not experience any crime, but they have kids throwing cans of food of balconies, broken windows that aren't fixed for months in empty apartments, unplowed snow that takes up half the parking (which isn't enough as it is). I walk out probably once a week to find a group of kids gathered next to my car and at least one of them sitting -on- my car. There isn't -any- parental supervision here. The kids run wild every day, through the parking lots, up and down the stairs, screaming all the time. Our upstairs neighbor is absolutely ridiculous. She harasses us all the time. The noise is horrible. We can listen to our next door neighbors' movies or music whenever we want. And I don't know what the people right above us are doing, but it goes on all day. All in all, it's a total pig sty. Trash all over the grounds. The land in front of our apartment turns into a marsh every time it rains and doesn't dry out for at least a week. So whenever it rains we end up tracking in mud every day. We even got fined for something...but they still haven't been able to tell us -why-. They just expected us to pay them $70 dollars without any form of explanation. Front office swore they'd track down the reason and call us...that was 2 months ago. The day we move out will be the best day of the past year.
