I'm not sure the other people who reviewed this complex have been living the same place as me! I have lived here for almost three years and have adored it!

I have had several maintenance problems, but things of that nature are to be expected. They happen everywhere. Whenever I've had a problem, I've had prompt, courteous attention from the maintenance staff.

I just re-signed my lease for the 3rd year. I looked all around Laurel, and all around Columbia and there was no place that offered as good of a value. It's a great place for cat and small dog owners b/c there is no pet rent.

I will be moving into a new renovated unit on Tuesday. The staff was friendly and helpful in upgrading my roommate and myself to a larger unit.

I will probably live here until I buy a house or leave the area. I'm very pleased.
