Eh.. could be better, but it's not horrible

The apartments are a decent size for the price, especially if you are a college student. Eversince the new management has come in, it's not any better than before, I would say it's getting a bit disappointing. But the good part to it, it's easy access to 295 and a good distance between DC and Baltimore.
The bad points in specific: The floors and doors are uneven, and ceiling leaks and they are not quick to fix the lighting outdoors. The parking can have better lighting, it was nice to have open parking but now they are implementing some parking permit idea. For visitors it is not going to be pleasant.
