We moved in here June of 2003 and from that day on its been nithing but a nightmare. We live on the ground level which sucks!!! Because there are so many bugs that can come in to your place. We've told management aboyut our insect problem and they don't seem to care. It took them about a week or so to get a contracted exterminator, who only comes out on Tuesdays to spray our apartment.

The office is terrible in respond to you. I left a voice mail for the manager to call me back on an important issued and I never heard from her. They never follow up with you. Well let correct myself by saying they do, only when you haven't paid your rent on time.

Here's where it gets worse. The floor above us squeaks VERY BADLY, that we can't sleep at night until they stop walking. The floors are so thin. And I pay $800.00 a month for this...The neighbors around here are GHETTO, on weekends they blast their music so you don't get to enjoy your weekends.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
