Nice quiet area

Nice spacious apartments. Newly renovated.

Crime creeping in little by little, which also might account for the $200 leap in the rent...sort of like they're trying to weed out undesirables.

Several police officers live on the property, though I'm not exactly sure that it helps. All things considered, I liked the place a lot.
