Could Be Better

I have lived in this apartment community twice now, so it must have something desireable. The apartments have been bought out, and the new management company has done nothing but improve the property. All apartments are being renovated, the pool and surrounding areas are being renovated and are almost completed as well as plans to do many other things. The one issue I have is that they started at the wrong place. They didn't address the immediate issues, one being the laundry rooms in each building. They are cold, dark, damp, and the washers are so old that half the time they don't work. You could barely use them during the winter because of the hoses freezing. They did get rid of a lot of riff raff, but not enough. There were kids pulling fire alarms, and the staff knew who the kids were, and as far as I am aware, nothing was ever done about it. If you move to this complex, take an apartment on the top floor. The buildings themselves are old, and so the floors squeak horribly.
If I were asked by a friend if they should move here, I would say yes. Location is great and the complex is vastly improving over what it has been in the past. The staff is great and always willing to help. I just hope some of the plans for the future include some things that have been up to now, overlooked.
