If you expect hot water, working toilets, secure locks, closet doors that work...

Do not move here. It does not matter how much you complain, even in writing, there will be no response or correction to the growing maintenance problems. They actually expect you to keep pestering them and reminding them that they need to repair things in your apartment that you have already reported to them. I cannot wait to move. We are now three days without hot water. You cannot eat in your apartment without you plan to share your food with the gnats and flies. No matter what you do, you cannot keep the place warm because of drafty windows and doors.
Muirfield will tow your friends cars. They tow your car. They also expect your friends to park in the unsafe area which is not lit that they call guest parking.
The office staff will tell you that they cannot fix anything you complain about because they are out of parts or the contractor has to order parts. It leaves you wondering how an apartment complex expects to function without basic supplies required to fix routine things like locks, closet doors.
The bathrooms have leaks everywhere and toilets that continually run -- and you pay for the water. When toilets are stopped up or won't flush, you can wait more than 48 hours before the emergency maintenance shows up.
