I've lived her 5 years and know it's better than most! Every apartment complex has it's issues. It's a matter of which complex has the least that you can put up with. The property overall is quiet, liveable, and clean. There's not alot of rift-raft hanging out selling drugs, prostituting, or stealing of your cars. Every now and again you may hear about an incident, but not on a regualar. I would caution everyone to obtain receipts and hold on to them as the accounting is usually off or wrong. If you don't have proof, they charge you more than you really owe! You're sent court notices, which are public record, in error messing up your credit when applying for any other property or the buying of a house. I'm amazed that the female accountant is still employed after the number of residents who have complained. Maybe the right person has not been reached yet. It's not right to STEAL people's money!

Your review seems the most honest of all. Besides the accountant do you have any other problems? Is there a particular side of the complex I should ask to live in? What about roaches and mice?
