I have lived here now for almost two years. At first it was a decent place to live but after a few months it went downhill. There are a new breed of "ghetto" folks moving into the complex. And when I say ghetto I mean ghetto. I know that sounds mean but I am calling it as I see it.

Office Management:

1. The staff is OK. particularly Loretta, she is probably one of the nicest person in that office.

2. Maintenance staff sucks. It's as if they are working on their own time and schedule if something needs to be repaired in your apartment you are better off fixing it yourself. Or you can wait weeks for that slow ass maintenance staff to "try" and get to you.

3. Make sure you get a receipt when you pay your rent. The accountant on staff is an absolute idiot. If your rent should be late make sure you do your own calculations on percentages...whoever the accountant is they surely need to refresh their math skills.
