Ups and Downs, but nothing too much

Here's what I think so far. I have been here since march and have gotten a chance to get good view.
Cons
If you live on the top floor, beware of leaking cealings
My first night here, I was locked inside the apartment. They came and fixed the bottom lock then the top lock went out. No sign of maintanance fixing that. Some of the sockets in my apartment don't work, and they still haven't come to fix that.
My apartment only has one phone jack. I was lucky and verizon installed another one for me for free.
Laundry room sucks
You have to pay water and electric.
Pros
Got the first month free so I wasn't mad at alot of the things that still needed attending to.
So much space. I have a three and a den and love it. My kids all have their own personal space and so do I.
The area is nice. I see some people complain of noise but where I am at it isn't too much. I grew up in the city so three or four kids outside is nothing to me. I also don't have mice or roaches. I think I've seen two roaches, but I thats it.
Overall I give it four stars. To be truthful the large amount of space wins me over. If it wasn't for that, I'd say move on
