I have been renting at this property since 2000, it was nice under other management, however it's always up for sell, therefore the staff is never consistent enough, they rent out damage units with no idea of when the repairs would take place.
I rented one of their larger units, my basement floods every time there is a drop of water outside, I've been told on several occassions by the property manager, they don't know when it will get fixed, maintenance comes into your place and doesn't leave any type of notice, a couple of times I thought I had been broken into and robbed. Folks do hang out around the place and it's on you to call the police and risk being bothered by your neighbors.
Maintenance staff has extremely high turn over, and the ones on staff can't fix anyting either. It's always half done and requires a couple more phone calls and showing out to get any response back, sometimes your request aren't even put into their system for records. They charge you the wrong rent, even if your lease says something else.
There's no real security on property you're better off on your own, the outside looks ok, however the front office is a hot mess and needs some more professional staff onboard.
