I went to Montpelier Crossing looking for an apartment because it was referred to me by a coworker. I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism that I encountered. When I first arrived it was around noon and the Manager Tina or Tira was determined to pretend I wasn't there. I think she basically wanted to finish eating her lunch before she helped me and my friends out. Eventually after waiting for about 20 minutes as the only customers there we sat down and went over pricing. Eventually were given a tour and the whole complex just left a sour taste in my mouth. Filthy wasn't the word, as there was litter strewn everywhere in the parking lots, the landscaping was from 1965 and the place just seemed unkempt and abandoned. Finally we were brought back to the office and handed off to another associate who was the polar opposite of Tina and who handled us with care and made sure we had all our questions answered. Ironically when we first walked in Tina seemed to be in disagreement with the employee that was helping us now to the point where we almost walked out because of embarrassment at her attitude. In any event, if you like cheaper apartments and are able to put up with an obnoxious manager this place is for you!!! I hope you have a better experience.

Girl, you hit the nail on the head with Terra. I used to live there, pardon my french she (Terra) is "b". Unprofessional does not begin to explain her. I lived there for two years and could not wait for my lease to expire so I could get the hell out of dodge. I am surprised they haven't fire her as yet. You are also right the landscape is ridiculous. Thank god you did sign a lease there. If you did you would have made a HUGE mistake. The place is G-H-E-T-T-O. between the rude ass kids running around and cursing and hanging out all night you would have lost your mind. Now don't get me wrong there are some nice people that live there.
