Property has gone downhill

I have lived on the property for many years. Over time, I have noticed a constant change in management, increased police presence, lots of vacant units, influx of cars entering and exiting property all hours of the night (sign of drug activity) and poorly selected residents. I have also observed youth hanging out which leads one to beleive they are selling drugs. The property is often trashed over the weekend. Residents allow small children to dispose of trash without guidance. What I later learned was that the property now lease to section 8ers. Office staff members are very responsive but can only do what's within their power. The new owners of this property are now officially "slum lords". I guess the economic crisis and low occupancy rate has caused owners to lower standards. What was once a nice community , has now turned into a "hot ghetto mess". This property has gone downhill.
