I have been living in Riverview for almost a year and I'm very impressed with the community!

I'm a young adult who often goes out alot and comes back home late...for all the times I've come home late, there is never anything shady around..people hanging out late at night.

I also feel safe because the police station is just 3 blocks down the road.

Parking is decent and living space is great for the prices they charge...

The only negative thing about living here is that the kitchen fan isn't that great (i leave my windows open alot, even in winter)..but i'm sure with most apartments that happens.

It is and has been a great experience living here and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a calm neighborhood to live in...

Also lots of great restaurants nearby too!
