Location is awesome. Right by I-95 and train station to go to DC. Also on Main St with a postal office and grocery store in walking distance. Everyone very friendly and maintenance staff quick and efficient. Only things I didn't like were no dishwasher and the closet doors kinda sucked but for what we paid for it was an awesome deal! We even got back our full deposit. All in all, lovely apartments.

Hi. I'm assuming that you live in Riverview I because you mentioned that you don't have a dishwasher. What are your opinion of the laundry facilities? Also, is Riverview I air conditioned? If so, what is the quality of the air conditioning? The heating? Thanks so much!
