I have lived her with my fiance since November. It is a great location off of Main Street. My fiance takes a minute drive to the Marc everyday to go to DC, though he can walk there when the weather gets nice. There are a bunch of little shops: a grocery store, the post office, an art place, etc...The apartment was given to us with a new paint job and new carpets, and completely clean. The cabinets and closet doors are a bit old, but the place is great. The apartment has a washer and dryer and dishwasher in the unit. No issues with shady people, I never feel unsafe, and so far no loud music at night(the walls a pretty thick too.) The maintenance guys arrive quickly and are extremely courteous. When it snowed, the parking lot and the sidewalks were plowed and shoveled in a timely manner. So happy to be here, but I'll see if everything stays the same for the summer.

Hi My question is: Do you live in Riverview I or Riverview II and do you know if there is air conditioning available in both. Thanks!
