I have lived here for almost a year now and plan to renew my lease when it is up. The staff here is fantastic! They are always friendly, quick to help fix maintenance problems, polite and helpful. Maintenace responds quickly. My neighbors are nice and friendly as well. The walls are thin so if your neighbors are noisy you will hear everything. Most people though will turn down the music or TV in the evenings and if not a polite request to do so has always been met with an "oh, I'm sorry". The only negative I have to offer is the lack of parking. It would be nice if parking was assigned with one space per unit and the second car required to find overflow parking but instead each unit is given two parking tags. I am usually home around 8pm and frequently have to park far away from my building but the parking lot is well lit and I feel safe walking to my building. The grounds are well maintained. No trash on the ground. There are no kids playing in the parking lots or hanging out in the stairs. Overall, this is a great apartment for a GREAT price. I pay at least $200-300 less than the average apt in this area and utilities are included!
